Culinary excellence of Frascati and the Roman castles

Country you go to delicacies you find, applies to everyone; you don’t need to be a foreigner to appreciate Italian cuisine, so let’s dive into the Roman customs!
In 25 minutes from Rome we arrive in Frascati, a town located on the Alban Hills at 320 meters above sea level. Its position facing south makes it particularly suitable for the cultivation of vines and in fact in these romantic and picturesque hills quality wines are produced.
The excursion starts from the Frascati railway station to head towards our family winery, once you arrive you can taste our wines (“Frascati Superiore” D.O.C.G. and “Lazio” IGT) accompanying them with excellent fresh pasta. Each dish will be cooked by combining it with your favorite sauce (Carbonara, Amatriciana and Cacio e Pepe).
After lunch you can visit the cave under the cellar, a suggestive place used in the past as a refuge during the Second World War.
